Wanted for Republic Day violence, Lakha Sidhana was spotted attending a farmer rally in Bathinda, Punjab. The police has been looking for him ever since the violence broke out at Red Fort during the farmers' tractor rally on January 26. It is pertinent to mention that Delhi Police has announced Rs 1 lakh as reward on Lakhbir Singh alias Lakha Sidhana.
