Israel-Hamas conflict: Israel Air Force attacks headquarters linked with leaders of Hamas naval force
Israel-Hamas conflict: In a retaliatory move against the Hamas attack in Israel, the Israel Air Force on Monday attacked various buildings where the leaders of terrorist organisation Hamas was staying, along with several operational headquarters.
The Israel Air Force, the air force also attacked a headquarters spread over an area of three floors and a headquarters associated with the senior Hamas naval force, Muhammad Kashta.
The Air Force also destroyed an operational asset used by the terrorist organisation, which is located in the heart of a mosque in the Jabaliya area.
Notably, in a major escalation on Saturday, Hamas launched a "surprise attack" on Israel, firing a barrage of rockets into the southern and central parts of the country.
The deadliest escalation of the conflict in decades has witnessed a massive rocket barrage and a multi-front offensive by Hamas, resulting in reports of 600 Israelis killed and 1,000 wounded. Simultaneously, intense Israeli airstrikes on Gaza have brought the Palestinian death toll to at least 400, with nearly 1,700 reported injuries.
Approximately 100 soldiers and civilians have been kidnapped by Hamas. Army spokesman Richard Hecht revealed that "terrorists rampaged and broke into homes, massacring civilians," adding that hundreds of infiltrators had entered the country, with many still engaged in combat within Israel.

More than 24 hours after Hamas launched rocket attacks followed by an unprecedented ground assault, firefights between forces and terrorists were ongoing in Kfar Aza, close to the Gaza border. The IDF was attempting to neutralise all terrorists still present, as per the reports.
Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu issued a stern warning to Hamas, claiming that it had begun a terrible war and that the Israel Defence Forces (IDF) would use all of its strength to undermine its capacity.
Meanwhile, the Indian embassy in Israel has issued an advisory to its citizens, urging them to remain vigilant and follow safety guidelines as instructed by local authorities. The advisory emphasizes caution, avoiding unnecessary movement, and staying close to safety shelters.
