'Drowned Punjab in drugs': Amit Shah takes a dig at AAP government ahead of massive Moga rally
PTC News Desk: Ahead of the massive Moga rally, Union Home Minister Amit Shah took a sharp dig at the ruling Aam Aadmi Party, accusing the government of drowning the entire state into corruption and drugs, asserting that people of Punjab wanted 'badlav' (change).
Amit Shah is on Punjab visit and will address a mega rally in Moga district, which is being seen as beginning of the BJP's poll campaign ahead of the assembly elections in 2027.
“Every person in Punjab wants change. Because the sacred land of Punjab, known for its soldiers, farmers and hardworking people, has been drowned in corruption, drugs, and crime by the ‘Aap-da’ government,” Shah said in a post on X.
