Wuhan hosts huge pool party as Coronavirus threat lessens
Thousands of revelers gathered in an open air water park for HOHA, an electrical music festival. They were without any masks and there was no sign social distancing.
People were seen waving to the beats of the music shoulder to shoulder while cooling down in hip high water. Some were also seen frolicking on rubber floats cheering along to the music. The women were allowed to pay half-price for admission.
Wuhan had lifted its lockdown on April 8, once the virus had spread to European countries and the United States.
There have been no locally transmitted cases in Wuhan or Hubei province since May.
