Days before the opening of the Kartarpur Corridor between India and Pakistan, intelligence agencies have issued a terror alert. Sources said intelligence agencies have found proof of militants being trained across the border in Narowal district of Pakistan. According to intelligence agencies, terror training camps have been found to be located at Muridke, Shakargarh and Narowal in Pakistan Punjab.

Kartarpur Corridor, constructed for celebrations of the 550th Birth Anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev Ji, is located in Narowal district of Punjab province in Pakistan. It will connect Kartarpur Sahib Gurdwara with Dera Baba Nanak in Punjab's Gurdaspur.

The alert says that a "substantial number" of terrorists, both men and women, are undergoing training in the terror camps. Indian agencies are also worried that Pakistan’s mobile network, which is available three to four kilometres inside India, could be exploited for anti-national activities and drug smuggling.

Meanwhile, Pakistan said all arrangements are in place to welcome Indian pilgrims. Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan shared a few pictures of the Kartarpur Complex and Gurdwara Darbar Sahib.
