Playing without their mercurial and star player Mohammad Salah, Egypt went down to more fancied Uruguay by a late second half goal in a pool "A" match of FIFA World Cup 2018.

No doubt the Egyptians, playing their first final since 1990, made the more experienced Uruguay struggle hard for the mach winner, they, too had to blame themselves for the defeat.
