IndiGo servers down across country, several flights delayed

India's biggest domestic carrier, IndiGo, on Monday, announced that its servers across the country are down and passengers could face longer queues at ticket counters while boarding. However, the airline has not given a reason for disruption of service.

In a statement, IndiGo said: "Our systems are down across the network. We expect counters to be more crowded than usual. Please bear with us as we try to solve the issue ASAP."

Earlier, IndiGo passengers were stranded in Mumbai airport because of a server fault. Travellers from Bengaluru and Mumbai airport were grounded due to a "technical snag" in the airline servers. A passenger from Bhopal tweeted that he is waiting for Indigo to begin operations.
