Gold worth Rs 2.18 crore seized at Delhi airport, woman arriving from Canada arrested
According to the Customs Department, the woman arrived at the airport on August 24. During a search, officials recovered the gold jewellery from her possession.

PTC News Desk: Customs officials at Delhi's Indira Gandhi International Airport have registered a case against a 46-year-old Indian woman who arrived from Toronto, Canada, for allegedly carrying more than 1.3 kg of gold jewellery.
According to the Customs Department, the woman arrived at the airport on August 24. During a search, officials recovered the gold jewellery from her possession.
The jewellery is estimated to be worth around Rs 2.18 crore in the market. Customs officials registered a case in connection with the matter on August 25.
