PTC News Desk: In a significant development, the Punjab and Haryana HC on Saturday acquitted Gurmeet Ram Rahim in journalist murder case. The court granted relief seven years after he was convicted and ordered life imprisonment .
Gurmeet Ram Rahim was found guilty by a CBI court in 2019 for murder of a journalist, Chhatrapati in 2002. He had allegedly published reports related to allegations against the Dera chief.
