PTC News Desk: The Basantgarh Valley in Udhampur is currently adorned with the season's inaugural snowfall, transforming it into a winter wonderland. Mahore in the Reasi district and Gulmarg have also experienced fresh layers of snow, painting the landscapes in serene, white vistas on Thursday.
