Nine soldiers killed as Army vehicle falls into gorge in Ladakh

Army vehicle accident in Ladakh: As many as nine Army personnel were killed after their vehicle fell into a gorge in Ladakh, defence officials said on Saturday. One soldier has also been injured.

According to officials, the accident took place at around 6.30 pm. 

"The troops were moving from Karu garrison to Kyari near Leh," officials said.
