Panjab University Senate member falls to death from balcony under mysterious conditions Panjab university (PU)  senate member, Raghbir Dyal Bansal died after falling from the balcony of a room of the main guest house of the PU on Sunday morning under mysterious conditions. He was taken to the PGIMER, where doctors declared him brought dead.
