Atal Bihari Vajpayee Dead: Seven-Day Mourning Announced, Last Rites at 5 PM Tomorrow
Central Government announces seven-day state mourning throughout India, during this period the national flag will be flown at half-mast throughout India where it is regularly flown. The state funeral will also be accorded.
Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s cremation will take place at around 5 pm on Friday near Rajghat.
Preparations are underway at the residence of former PM #AtalBihariVajpayee, where his mortal remains will be brought shortly.
Seven-day national mourning till August 22 has been declared on the demise of former PM.
