Parliament security breach: While the Opposition raised commotion in both Houses of Parliament following the significant security breach, Delhi Police unveiled a possible "well-planned conspiracy" behind the incident. Seeking a 15-day remand, Delhi Police approached the Patiala House Court for the four accused, yet the court granted the Special Cell a 7-day remand instead. Labeling the breach as an "attack on the Parliament of India," the Delhi Police disclosed it as a calculated move.

The accused - Neelam, Amol, Sagar Sharma, and Manoranjan - faced the Patiala House Court where Delhi Police presented a remand plea. The police clarified that the individuals entered the Parliament using visitor passes and jumped from the gallery, causing disruption during parliamentary proceedings. They concealed smoke canisters in their shoes and activated them during the Lok Sabha's Zero Hour.

In court, the police's counsel mentioned a pamphlet carried by the accused, depicting Prime Minister Narendra Modi as missing, offering a cash reward for finding him through Swiss bank accounts. The police sought to take the accused to Lucknow, Mumbai, and Mysore for interrogation.

Meanwhile, sources revealed that the arrested individuals admitted collective responsibility for the breach but provided scripted responses to the Delhi Police's Special Cell. The absconding accused, Lalit Jha, was believed to be the mastermind, and the police anticipated further illumination upon his arrest.

The Lok Sabha secretariat took action, suspending eight security personnel for negligence leading to the breach, which occurred on the 22nd anniversary of the 2001 Parliament terror attack. Two individuals infiltrated the Lok Sabha, releasing a yellow gas and chanting slogans before being restrained.

The accused face charges under multiple sections of the Indian Penal Code and Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act. Four arrests have been made, with two more individuals under interrogation, including Vicky and his wife.
