New Delhi, May 12: As the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) announced the results for Class 12, Twitter has been flooded with relatable memes on the subject. 

From toppers eagerly waiting for the results to be announced to backbenchers feeling nervous about the results, netizens shared memes depicting all kinds of situations. Many netizens shared memes on overzealous relatives and neighbors enquiring about the results.


With 16,80,256 students registered for the exams, 16,60,511 appeared, and among them, 14,50,174 have passed the CBSE Class 12 exams. The overall pass percentage for Class 12 this year is 87.33 per cent, which is a dip from last year’s performance (-5.38), however, as per CBSE, it has increased from the pre-pandemic years. In 2022, the overall pass percentage was 92.71 per cent, in comparison to 88.78 per cent in 2020 and 83.40 per cent in 2019.

The CBSE Class 12 exams were held from February 15 till April 5, and most of the exams were of three hours and concluded at 1:30 pm, while some were of two hours duration and concluded at 12:30 pm. Students can check their results at the official websites – cbse.gov.in, results.nic.in, results.digilocker.gov.in, umang.gov.in by entering their names and roll numbers.

CBSE Class 12 results have always been an exciting moment for students, and this year is no different. As students eagerly wait for the results, they are turning to social media to share their anxiety and excitement through memes.
