Canada: Indian-origin businessman killed for stopping man from urinating on car

PTC News Desk: An Indian-origin businessman died in Canada's central Edmonton following a brutal assault after he confronted a stranger urinating on his car.
The deceased has been identified as Arvi Singh Sagoo, 55 who was immediately rushed to the hospital following an attack where succumbed to his injuries.
According to the Edmonton Police Service (EPS), officers were alerted to an assault near 109 Street and 100 Avenue, where they found Sagoo lying in an unconscious state with life-threatening injuries.
The incident occurred on October 19.
The accused, Kyle Papin, 40, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault, police said.
Sagoo and his girlfriend were returning from dinner and walking towards their vehicle when they encountered the man who was urinating on their car. The confrontation soon turned into an altercation and the accused brutally inflicted fatal injuries to the victim.
An investigation has been launched into the matter with additional charges expected in the case.
