Anmol Bedi who stood second in UPSC, appointed as TSLT in Indian embassy in Beijing Anmol Sher Singh Bedi, who stood second in the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) exam, 2016, has been appointed as Third Secretary (Language Trainee) (TSLT) in Indian embassy in Beijing (China), here on Wednesday. Anmol was also declared “best officer trainee” by the ministry of external affairs (MEA) in June this year. resident of Green Avenue, Bedi has done his BTech in computer science from the Birla Institute of Technology and Science (BITS), Pilani, Rajasthan. Anmol was also honoured for his achievement by President Ram Nath Kovind at Rashtrapati Bhavan on January 26. In July last year, the Shiromani Gurudwara Prabandhak Committee (SGPC) awarded Rs 1 lakh to Anmol for bagging the second rank in the UPSC exams. -PTC News
