Donning a breathtaking Sabyasachi couture saree, Alia perfectly embodied this year's theme, 'The Garden of Time', with her hand-embroidered floral ensemble, complete with a flowing trail.

"It is my second time at the Met Gala, but it is the first time I am wearing a saree. When I thought of the dress code, 'The Garden of Time', it needed something timeless and there is nothing more timeless than a saree," remarked Alia.

Additionally, she unveiled behind-the-scenes glimpses of her saree's creation process, revealing that it required "1965-man hours" to craft.
