Beijing, March 14: Chinese province of Jilin, with a population of 24 million has been put under complete lockdown due to the increased number of Covid-19 cases in the region. The province reported a total of 895 locally transmitted Covid cases and 131 asymptomatic cases on Sunday, according to the announcement made by the authorities on Monday, said Epidemiologist and health economist Eric Feigl-Ding.
