Did Shah Rukh Khan really spit on Lata Mangeshkar's mortal remains?
As the nation gave an emotional farewell to legendary singer Lata Mangeshkar, Bollywood actor Shah Rukh Khan also triggered a row for allegedly spitting at Lata Mangeshkar's funeral after offering 'dua'.
The visuals from the cremation ceremony at Shivaji Park in Mumbai went viral where several celebrities and politicians, including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray, cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar, and actors Aamir Khan, Shah Rukh Khan came to the funeral.

One such video is making rounds on social media in which Shah Rukh Khan and his manager Pooja Dadlani were seen blowing air into the wind after offering a 'dua' (prayer).
This gesture of Shah Rukh Khan has triggered a huge controversy as several social media users, celebrities and politicians went on to accuse SKR's gesture while a lot of celebs and politicians came out in support of a star.
Haryana’s Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) information technology in-charge Arun Yadav questioned the actor spat during his prayer while actress Urmila Matondkar has come out in support of the actor.
Many SRK fans took various social media to speak against the hateful comments on the star and also stated that Khan is reading rituals to pay prayers to Lata Ji for blessings in the next life while others use harsh comments and slogans like ‘isne thuka hai’.
