Delhi Chalo Farmers Protest: Amid ‘Dilli Chalo’ agitation, the Delhi Police resorted to lathi charge, tear gas to disperse farmers at the Tikri border as farmers reached near border areas after breaking police barricades in Haryana.

Delhi Police resorted to tear gas and water cannons to disperse farmers marching towards Delhi as a part of their ‘Dilli Chalo’ agitation.

The farmers used a tractor to remove a truck placed as a barricade to stop them from entering Delhi, at Tikri border near Delhi-Bahadurgarh highway.

After the Singhu border near Delhi’s Narela, the police also closed the Tikri border that leads from Delhi to Bahadurgarh.
