'Yeh to pheeki hai': Diljit Dosanjh as he sips London's most expensive coffee worth Rs 30,000
PTC News Desk: Punjabi singer-actor Diljit Dosanjh who is known for his humour has left the internet in splits after he tried London's most expensive coffee. Priced at 265 (over Rs 30,000), the coffee didn’t seem to impress him, and the video has caught everyone’s attention.
The globally celebrated Punjabi actor shared the video on his social media which shows him reaching the cafe and reading the menu. He chose the ‘Japan Typica Natural’ coffee priced at 265, which converts to approximately Rs 30,580.
Upon discovering the price of the coffee, Dosanjh shared a humorous remark and quipped in Punjabi, “For this much money, I could attend a wedding in India.”
The video further shows a barista meticulously preparing Diljit's coffee which is exclusively crafted while the Punjabi singer continues with his funny commentary. “Even after charging so much, they’re still so precise with the measurements. I won’t eat anything else now—just drink this. Every sip costs Rs7,000,” he jokes.
“Alag feel karoon, yeh toh pheeki hai coffee (Should I feel different... this is bland”. In the video, he also quips, "Saath mein laddoo, boondi bhi le aao, it is London's most expensive coffee (Get some snacks with it too),” he added.
