Jammu and Kashmir Reservation (Second Amendment) Bill, 2019, passed in Rajya Sabha. This Bill is to implement 10% Economically Weaker Section (EWS) quota in Jammu and Kashmir. The Central government after chairing the Cabinet meeting at Prime Minister Narendra Modi's residence, presented the bill in Rajya Sabha, which took hours of discussion to make the mind. https://twitter.com/ANI/status/1158360972932894720 After various questions put but some leaders, Amit Shah gave a befitting reply to them and said, "You stand here in Parliament and say bloodshed will happen in Kashmir..what message are you sending to the valley?
