Chandigarh: Free Civil Services coaching classes from Nov 2 | Check Details
Chandigarh, October 13: To support aspiring Civil Services candidates, Shubh Karman Trust, located in Chandigarh, is set to offer free coaching for the Civil Services examination. These coaching classes are scheduled to commence on November 2 and will take place at Sri Guru Gobind Singh Public School in Sector 35, Chandigarh.
For those interested in availing this opportunity, there will be interview sessions on October 18 for candidates residing outside the Tricity area, and on October 21 for Tricity-based students. These interviews will be held at 11.30 am at Sri Guru Gobind Singh Public School in Sector 35, Chandigarh.
Notably, the Shubh Karman Trust was established in 2018 with the primary goal of providing high-quality coaching to deserving candidates, especially those from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. Since 2019, the Trust has been offering free coaching for various competitive exams, including Civil Services and bank POs, at Sri Guru Gobind Singh Public School in Sector 35, Chandigarh. These initiatives are conducted in collaboration with the Chandigarh Gurdwara Asthapan Committee in Sector 22.
Admission to the courses is granted based on the students' academic backgrounds and general aptitude. This initiative offers a lifeline to candidates who may be financially constrained to pay high fees at other coaching centres.
Classes conducted by the Trust are scheduled in the afternoon to accommodate students who are concurrently pursuing their academic studies.
