PTC News Desk: At least 10 people — including three Kashmiris — who studied or worked at Al-Falah University in Faridabad, Haryana, have gone missing. All of their phones are switched off.

Officials believe the university may have been the starting point of the Red Fort terror attack in Delhi. The disappearance came to light after a joint operation by the Jammu & Kashmir Police and Haryana Police.

Although it is too early to be sure, intelligence reports suggest the missing individuals may be linked to the “terror doctor” group that packed a Hyundai i20 with ammonium nitrate fuel oil and set it off outside the historic Red Fort.

Earlier, sources said the Pakistan-based terror group Jaish-e-Mohammed, believed to be behind the blast, has been asking for donations — around PKR 20,000 — to fund more suicide attacks. Jaish already has a women’s wing led earlier by Masood Azhar's sister, Sadiya. The unit was created after India’s Operation Sindoor destroyed JeM camps in Bahawalpur.

One of the main suspects in the Red Fort blast — Dr. Shahina Saeed, also known as “Madam Surgeon,” who may have helped finance the attack — is believed to be part of this women’s wing, called Jamat ul-Muminat.

Fifteen people were killed in the explosion, which was the first time Delhi had been hit by a vehicle-borne explosive device. Officials say the terror cell behind the attack was run by Jaish-e-Mohammed.
