Morning walk turns fatal: Delhi businessman shot dead by 2 bike-borne assailants
PTC News Desk: A 57-year-old businessman died after he was shot dead while he was out on morning walk. Two bike-borne assailants in east Delhi's Shahdara on Saturday, police said. The deceased has been identified as Sunil Jain who was a resident of Krishna Nagar in the national capital.
The accused are absconding and police has launched a manhunt to trace the culprits.
The incident took place when Sunil Jain was returning home after morning walk. According to the police, at least seven to eight rounds of bullets were fired. The family of deceased revealed that he did not have any kind of rivalry with anyone.
"The crime team has reached the spot. Further investigation is underway," Deputy Commissioner of Police, Shahdara, said.
