Images on social media depict people seeking shelter in Delhi. Videos shared by news agencies display severely reduced visibility around the Indira Gandhi International Airport.
Visibility conditions have improved, with the airport reporting 150-meter visibility and runway ranges from 400 to 800 meters at the time of reporting. Unfortunately, reduced visibility caused accidents in Uttar Pradesh, resulting in six deaths and 12 injuries. A dense fog advisory from the Met department urges using fog lights and staying informed about transport schedules while exercising caution during travel.
