Snake venom case: The Noida Police have filed a 1,200-page chargesheet against Big Boss OTT winner Elvish Yadav and other 7 accused in the snake venom case.
This comes nearly five months after the police filed an FIR against six persons, including the YouTuber, for allegedly providing snake venom during a Noida party.
According to sources, the Noida Police issued a 1200-page chargesheet detailing how the snakes were smuggled and their venom used during the parties. It stated that Yadav was in contact with the snake handlers who were initially apprehended by police. According to reports, the chargesheet further stated that a poisonous snake and 20 millilitres of Krait venom were seized at the party location.

According to reports, the police have added expert comments from the department of medicine toxicology lab in Jaipur, where the venom was examined, in the chargesheet.
Earlier, Elvish was arrested by the police along with five others and all were charged under the Wildlife (Protection) Act and Section 120A (criminal conspiracy) of the Indian Penal Code on March 17. Elvish was sent to 14 days of judicial custody. A Gurugram Court later granted bail to the YouTuber in connection with a case.
