One dead, more than 65 fallen ill after diarrhea breaks in Gurdaspur village
One death was reported on Wednesday and 65 others have been tested positive for diarrhea in Bhattian village, Gurdaspur. The health department detected polluted water in the region. It is the root cause of diarrhea in the region.

In the wake of this situation, all the schools in the region will remain closed on October 25, 2018. This decision has been taken by keeping student’s health in mind.

The health teams were distributing ORS packets. They were arranged by the health department.
