King Charles III's coronation: Take a look at all photos from the ceremony
King Charles III officially took the throne on Saturday, becoming the first king of the United Kingdom in the 21st century. Camilla was also crowned Queen Consort during the ceremony.
Following the death of his mother, Queen Elizabeth II in September 2022, Charles III instantly became King. However, he was officially crowned on May 6, eight months after he ascended to the throne.
Numerous small changes to British daily life are taking place after King Charles III ascended to the throne. For instance, King Charles's portrait will now feature on British money and postage stamps, sources reported.
Several Indians were also present at the coronation ceremony to represent the nation at the royal event in London. From Sonam Kapoor to Vice President Jaideep Dhankar and Two Dabbawalas from Mumbai's Dabbawalas were also invited to the royal ceremony.
