Harsimrat Kaur Badal adds color to Basant Panchami with Kite flying tradition
Basant Panchami has been a historic spring time kite flying event during the Basant Panchami festival in the Punjab region in India and Pakistan. The Union Cabinet Minister of Food Processing, Harsimrat Kaur Badal added colors to the festival with the Kite Flying tradition.
On the occasion of Basanti Panchami, Union Minister Harsimrat Badal was engaged in kite fliying with the girls in Bathinda City, Punjab. The girls were seen excited and happy while they took part in the traditional kite flying ceremony with Harsimrat Kaur Badal.
They also took selfies with her.
On this occasion, She wished the nation along with giving a strong message of 'Beti Bachao, Beti Padhoo' in a post on Twitter.
