2022 polls: Sukhbir Singh Badal announces Barjinder Singh Makhan Brar as candidate from Moga
SAD Gall Punjab Di: Ahead of Punjab Assembly elections 2022, the Shiromani Akali Dal president Sukhbir Singh Badal on Thursday announced Barjinder Singh Makhan Brar as a SAD candidate from the Moga constituency.
Now, Barjinder Singh Makhan Brar will be contesting from the Moga constituency in the upcoming Punjab Assembly elections 2022 as a SAD candidate.

"Shiromani Akali Dal president S. Sukhbir Singh Badal announced the candidature of Akali leader S. Barjinder Singh Makhan Brar from Moga constituency. Akali Dal wishes him the best as we endeavour to take Punjab on the path to success," SAD tweeted.

The announcement came during the Sukhbir Singh Badal’s ongoing campaign — Gall Punjab Di.
The SAD President is currently on a hundred-day yatra across hundred constituencies that started from Zira. The aim is to expose the corrupt and scam-ridden Congress government.
While launching the party campaign ‘Gall Punjab Di’, the SAD President had said that he would hold 700 public meetings and address each and every section of society during his 100-day yatra.
During the course, SAD workers would go to each and every village and ward in the State.
