6 people injured in jetway collapse at Baltimore-Washington International Airport
At least 6 people were injured when a jet bridge collapsed at Baltimore-Washington International Airport on Saturday.
According to the media reports, the incident took place around 8 pm (local time), when BWI-Marshall Airport Fire and Rescue Department responded to a passenger who required medical assistance on board that arrived on Gate E-10.

The officials were working to move the passenger from the aircraft; the bridge failed and injured six individuals. All those injured were transported to nearby hospitals. The authorities have launched an investigation into the matter. Meanwhile, the jet bridge has been closed temporarily until the investigation is complete.
