8 arrested for ruckus outside Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal’s house
A total of eight people have been arrested for vandalising Arvind Kejriwal’s residence on Wednesday.
Earlier on Wednesday, AAP national convenor, Delhi CM Arvind Kejriwal's remarks on 'The Kashmir Files', after which 200 workers of Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) gathered outside Arvind Kejriwal’s house and broke the CCTV cameras and vandalised security barrier of his house.

In a statement, the AAP has alleged that its mega win in Punjab assembly polls is concerning BJP that’s the reason they have attempted an attack on him.
Tweeting a video of the incident outside Arvind Kejriwal's house, the AAP accused that the BJP was scared as "only Kejriwal could give a competition to PM Modi".
According to the sources, eight people have been arrested so far and the count could go up as the special team have been sent to investigate and arrest more.
Deputy Commissioner of Police (North) Sagar Singh Kalsi stated that, “the case was registered under sections 186 (obstructing public servant in discharge of public functions), 188 (disobedience to order duly promulgated by public servant), 353 (assault or criminal force to deter public servant from discharge of his duty) and 332 (voluntarily causing hurt to deter public servant from his duty) of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) and section 3 of the Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act.”

Meanwhile, Deputy chief minister Manish Sisodia had alleged that the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) wanted to "kill" Kejriwal after BJP’s debacle in the Punjab polls.
