Sri Akhand path by SAD to seek forgiveness from almighty begins at Akal Takht Sahib
Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) leaders reached Amritsar on Saturday to seek forgiveness from Guru Granth Sahib for mistakes committed knowingly or unknowingly during their 10-year tenure in Punjab.
An Akhand Path Sahib (three-day long uninterrupted reciting of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji) was started by the party at Golden Temple premises on Saturday.
The entire leadership of the party, including patron and former CM Parkash Singh Badal, party President Sukhbir Singh Badal, core committee and working members, MLAs and SGPC members paid obeisance at Sri Akal Takht Sahib.
