Haryana: JJP workers guard strong rooms in Jind ahead of counting

A group of Jan Nayak Janata (JJP) workers are guarding strong rooms Haryana’s Jind ahead of counting of Assembly Elections. After the peaceful conduct of Jind bypoll, the Electronic Voting Machines (EVM)  have been sealed and are kept in the strong room.

The counting centre has been made in multi-purpose hall of Arjun Stadium, Jind.Amid high security,counting of votes will be held on Thursday, January 31.

A total percentage of 75.77 was recorded in bypoll to the Jind assembly constituency.

BJP had fielded Krishan Middha whereas Indian National Congress nominee was sitting MLA from Kaithal, Randeep Surjewala, Jannayak Janta Party’s candidate was Digvijay Chautala and the Indian National Lok Dal had fielded Umed Singh Redu in the Jind by poll elections.
