Jammu and Kashmir: Schools re-open in several areas of the valley

Around 190 primary schools have reopened on Monday, August 19, which were closed in for over a week, following the abrogation of Article 370 from Jammu and Kashmir. Jammu and Kashmir Principal Secretary, Planning and Development, Rohit Kansal was quoted as saying by ANI, that they have a plan of reopening over 190 primary schools in the valley alone. The process of providing the relaxation and easing the restrictions started from Sunday onwards. Meanwhile, no untoward situation has been reported so for from the areas which have been provided with the relaxation.
