PTC News Desk: Students seeking re-evaluation and verification of their CBSE Class 12 answer sheets have reported fresh technical glitches on the board’s online portal, just hours after the service was declared operational.

Several students complained that the portal became unresponsive after they entered their login credentials. Many said the screen froze after submitting details, preventing them from proceeding with the application process. Videos showing the errors quickly surfaced on social media, with users highlighting repeated login failures and loading issues.

The latest disruption comes despite multiple delays and assurances from the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) that post-result services would soon be available.

Students shared a range of problems while trying to access the portal. Some said the system repeatedly displayed a “verification failed” message despite entering the correct details, while others reported that the website either failed to load or rejected their credentials altogether.

One student claimed that certain questions and multiple-choice answers had not been evaluated correctly but found no suitable option on the portal to raise the concern. Another wrote on social media that even after completing the login details and captcha verification, the portal refused to grant access and continued displaying error messages.

Others said they were unable to log in despite repeated attempts. One candidate alleged that the portal automatically logged them out after completing the re-evaluation application.

“It is not working. After fully filling up the re-evaluation form and clicking the Save and Payment tab, it logs out. Please fix it as soon as possible. I have tried twice since 5 am,” a student wrote.

The complaints have raised concerns among students awaiting corrections or reviews of their Class 12 results, with many urging CBSE to resolve the technical issues before application deadlines are affected.
