Kerala youth dies in Dubai after fall from Deira building terrace while taking photos

PTC Web Desk: A 19-year-old youth from Kerala tragically died in Dubai after falling from the terrace of a building in Deira, according to reports from local media. The deceased, identified as Mohammed Mishal from Kozhikode, had travelled to Dubai about two weeks ago to visit his cousins.
The incident occurred on November 7 when Mishal reportedly went to the terrace of a multi-storey building to photograph aircraft flying overhead. He fell from the height and was immediately rushed to Rashid Hospital, where doctors attempted to save him. However, he succumbed to severe internal injuries.
A social worker, identified as MK and quoted in Khaleej Times, said Mishal was still alive when he was taken to the hospital but could not survive due to the extent of his injuries.
Mishal, a photography enthusiast, was pursuing a diploma in civil engineering in Kozhikode. He was the only son of his parents and is survived by them and his two sisters.
Family friend Haneefa KK told Gulf News that official procedures were in progress, and the family hoped to bring Mishal’s body back to Kerala soon.
