PTC Web Desk: In a proud moment for Rajasthan, 22-year-old Manika Vishwakarma from Sriganganagar has won the coveted title of Miss Universe India 2025. The young achiever, daughter of Kamal Kant Suthar and Shakuntala Suthar, had earlier claimed the Miss Universe Rajasthan 2024 crown before making her mark on the national stage.
The grand finale, held in Jaipur on Monday evening, witnessed Manika being crowned by outgoing queen Rhea Singha, Miss Universe India 2024. The star-studded ceremony was judged by an esteemed panel, including actress Urvashi Rautela, who praised Manika for her grace, confidence, and authenticity.
Speaking about her journey, Manika shared, “My story began in Sriganganagar. Later, I moved to Delhi to prepare for this competition. Confidence and courage are the keys to success. I am grateful to everyone who supported me throughout this journey. Competitions like these are not just contests; they shape character and prepare you for life.”
With her win, Manika will now represent India at the 74th Miss Universe pageant, set to take place on November 21 in Thailand. This will be the fourth time Thailand hosts the global event, where contestants from across the world will compete for the prestigious crown.
