PM Modi praises Hariharans Ram Bhajan for Ayodhya temple inauguration

New Delhi, January 09: Prime Minister Narendra Modi recently praised singer Hariharan's Ram Bhajan in anticipation of the Ayodhya temple inauguration on January 22. On social media, PM Modi shared the devotional song, expressing its power to deeply immerse listeners in the devotion of Lord Ram.

"This soulful Ram Bhajan, sung by Hariharan ji, resonates with the spirit of devotion to Lord Shri Ram. I encourage you all to revel in the beauty of this enchanting bhajan," PM Modi shared on X, along with a YouTube link to the song.

Earlier, on Sunday, Modi commended Geeta Rabari, a Gujarati folk singer, for her bhajan 'Shree Ram Ghar Aaye,' focusing on Lord Ram and Ayodhya. He described the song as deeply emotional, highlighting the anticipation across the nation for the consecration ceremony of Ram Lalla in Ayodhya.

The devotional song, posted on January 1, features lyrics by Sunita Joshi and music composed by Maulik Mehta. Prior to this, PM Modi has shared similar devotional renditions by artists like Swasti Mehul, Jubin Nautiyal, Hansraj Raghuwanshi, and Swati Mishra, all centered around Lord Ram.

Ayodhya's Ram Temple inauguration: Grand preparations underway

Preparations for the Ram temple inauguration in Ayodhya on January 22 are in full swing. The vedic rituals for the consecration ceremony will commence on January 16 and span seven days leading up to the main event. Priest Lakshmi Kant Dixit from Varanasi will conduct the principal rituals on January 22, with PM Modi anticipated to grace the idol installation ceremony.

The auspicious event has garnered widespread attention, inviting several VVIP guests from India and abroad to partake in the momentous occasion in Ayodhya.
