PM Modi to visit US on February 12-13 for talks with President Trump
PM Modi will be among first few global leaders to visit Washington after new administration takes office
PTC Web Desk: Prime Minister Narendra Modi is set to embark on an official working visit to the United States from February 12-13, announced Foreign Secretary Vikram Misri on Friday. During his visit, PM Modi will hold discussions with US President Donald Trump.
“This will be PM Modi’s first visit to the US following the inauguration of President Trump’s second term. He will be among the first few global leaders to visit Washington after the new administration takes office,” Misri stated during a special briefing by the Ministry of External Affairs (MEA).
The visit is expected to focus on strengthening bilateral relations between India and the US, with key discussions likely to cover trade, defense cooperation, and regional security.
