Premanand Maharajs disciple dies after falling from Vrindavam ashram; police suspect suicide
Police said a disciple identified as Deepak Lodhi, also known as Rasik Dulari Sharan, died after allegedly falling from the fourth floor of Guru Kripa Kunj Ashram on Friday.
PTC News Desk: A disciple of Premanand Maharaj allegedly fell to death from his ashram in Uttar Pradesh's Vrindavan with the police suspecting it a case of suicide.
Police said a disciple identified as Deepak Lodhi, also known as Rasik Dulari Sharan, died after allegedly falling from the fourth floor of Guru Kripa Kunj Ashram on Friday.
Lodhi, a resident of Jabalpur in Madhya Pradesh, suffered serious injuries to his head and other parts of his body. His private parts were also reportedly severed in the incident.
"Upon taking cognisance of the information, an immediate investigation was conducted, and it was learned that his name is Deepak Lodhi alias Rasik Dulari Sharan, who is a resident of Jabalpur. He was residing at Guru Kripa Kunj Ashram associated with Keli Kunj," a senior police officer told reporters.

A senior police officer said they received information in the morning that an injured man had been admitted to a hospital. Police later identified the deceased as Deepak Lodhi, who was reportedly known by the name Rasik Dulari Sharan.
Police have sent the body for a post-mortem examination and informed the family about his death. The body has been kept at the post-mortem facility.
The family is expected to reach Mathura from Madhya Pradesh on Sunday morning. The post-mortem examination will be carried out after their arrival.
