Top JeM commander among two terrorists killed in encounter in Jammu and Kashmirs Kishtwar

PTC News Desk: A senior commander of Jaish-e-Mohammad was among two terrorists killed in an encounter with security forces in the Chatroo area of Kishtwar district on Sunday.

During the gunfight, two terrorists were killed. Sources said one of them was a top JeM commander who had previously managed to escape from security forces several times.
In a post on X, the White Knight Corps said that its troops, working closely with Jammu and Kashmir Police and the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), re-engaged the terrorists after establishing contact earlier. The forces successfully neutralised both terrorists and recovered war-like materials, including two AK-47 rifles.
Search operations are still ongoing in the area, and more details are awaited.
