PTC Web Desk: A deeply disturbing case of child sexual abuse has come to light from Haryana's Yamunanagar district, where an 11-year-old girl, who was allegedly sexually assaulted, has given birth to a baby girl.
Doctors at Yamunanagar Civil Hospital confirmed that the child was delivered through a normal delivery. According to hospital officials, both the young mother and the newborn are healthy and are being closely monitored.

The girl's family had lodged a complaint with Chhachhrauli Police Station in May after learning about the incident. Police officials said that at the time the complaint was registered, the minor was already around seven months pregnant.
Following the complaint, the police launched an investigation and arrested the accused. He was later sent to judicial custody and legal proceedings in the case are currently underway.
Accused worked as a driver
During the investigation, the police found that the accused was employed as a driver by the owner of a pharmacy company in the Chhachhrauli area. The accused was arrested soon after the complaint was filed and the case is being investigated under the relevant legal provisions.
Mother and baby likely to be discharged soon
Yamunanagar Civil Hospital officials said the delivery was conducted successfully and both the minor and her baby girl are in stable condition.
The Chief Medical Officer (CMO) stated that if their health remains stable, both are expected to be discharged from the hospital within the next two to three days.
Woman police officer supported the survivor
Throughout the legal and medical process, a woman police officer from Chhachhrauli Police Station, Manjeet Kaur, remained with the survivor and extended support during her treatment and delivery.
Officials said her assistance played an important role in ensuring that the minor received the necessary care during this sensitive period.
The police have confirmed that the accused remains in judicial custody.
