Pakistan violates ceasefire along LoC in Poonch
In yet another incident of ceasefire violation, Pakistan troops on Saturday started firing along the Line of Control (LoC) in Poonch district in Kashmir. According to the media reports, the intermittent firing was going on for 48 hours. The Pakistan forces were targeting the forward positions and the residential areas.

However, no causalities have been reported so far. The Indian troops were retaliating strongly.

The last ceasefire violation by Pakistan took place on December 21 in the Keran sector of Kupwara in which two Army personnel lost their lives.
