Ranchi court to pronounce quantum of sentence to Lalu Prasad today

A special CBI court is likely to pronounce the quantum of sentence to RJD Chief Lalu Prasad and others in connection with fodder scam here on Wednesday.
The court has convicted Lalu Prasad and others after getting concrete evidence against them and found them guilty in connection with the fraudulent withdrawal of Rs 84.27 lakh from the Dewghar treasury of Jharkhand between 1994 and 1996.
RJD supporters have reached Ranchi. Security has been beefed around the court premises.
