SAD, AAP MLAs stage walkout in Punjab Assembly to protest against Congress govt for 'not keeping' promises

Shiromani Akali Dal (SAD) legislators started raising slogans and waving placards on ‘non-fulfilment’ of promises made in 2017 by the Congress government during the opening day of the two-day session of the Punjab Vidhan Sabha. After Governor VP Singh Badnore started his address, SAD legislators raised slogans and questioned the ‘non-fulfilment’ of promises.
