PTC Web Desk: Punjabi singer Karan Aujla is set to perform in the national capital today as part of his “P-Pop Culture India Tour 2026.” The much anticipated concert will begin at 6 pm at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, drawing massive excitement among fans, particularly youngsters.

Authorities estimate that over 50,000 people are likely to attend the musical evening, making crowd management and public safety a key concern for organisers and civic agencies. In view of the large gathering, the Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD) Health Department has issued a notice outlining mandatory guidelines to ensure hygiene and safety standards are strictly followed.

The advisory directs organisers to arrange adequate temporary toilets, comply with solid waste management rules and put in place proper emergency exit plans to prevent any untoward incident. The notice also stresses the installation of clear and visible signage to guide attendees and ensure smooth movement within the venue.

Security has been tightened in and around the stadium premises. Multiple layers of checking and deployment of personnel have been arranged to prevent inconvenience and maintain order during the event.

Meanwhile, the Delhi Traffic Police have issued a traffic advisory, anticipating heavy vehicular movement in the area. Several diversions have been put in place to prevent congestion on key roads leading to the stadium. Commuters have been advised to avoid routes surrounding the venue and plan their journeys in advance.

Traffic authorities have already shared detailed route maps and updates on social media platforms to help residents navigate the city without delays. Those travelling across Delhi today are urged to follow traffic guidelines and diversion instructions to avoid inconvenience.
