YRF and Mohit Suri all set to launch second track ‘Barbaad’ from Saiyaara tomorrow

Saiyaara — A celestial love story
Produced by Akshaye Widhani under the YRF banner and directed by Mohit Suri, Saiyaara is slated for a worldwide theatrical release on July 18, 2025. The film marks the highly awaited Bollywood debut of Ahaan Panday, while Aneet Padda, who rose to fame with the acclaimed series Big Girls Don’t Cry, plays the female lead.
The word Saiyaara—a poetic term meaning a wandering star—aptly symbolises a love that dazzles yet remains elusive. The film, as seen in the teaser and title track, delves deep into the emotional highs and lows of such a romantic journey.
With a cinematic legacy spanning 50 years, Yash Raj Films has produced some of the most iconic love stories in Indian cinema, led by the legendary Yash Chopra and Aditya Chopra. This collaboration with Mohit Suri, who celebrates 20 years in the industry and is known for hit romantic films like Aashiqui 2, Malang, and Ek Villain, is seen as a powerhouse union for lovers of heartfelt cinema.
